My granddaughter and I went out this week to find Spring. We heard it had arrived. At first the only green I saw was her sweatshirt…but we looked further.
Sure enough there were a few leaf buds.
and I was able to find a patch of blue that is the first to appear each year.
We also found the faithful Magnolia with its buds just starting to burst open.
Then the Violets and Hyacinth.
And last of all, my favorite, daffodils.
God hadn’t forgotten. He woke each one up when it was time. I hope it is Spring where you are too.
What a beautiful and refreshing sight! Thanks for sharing these reminders that spring is here.

You are welcome! I think we are behind the flowers in town. Must be colder out here.

Lovely, Karen. All, including daffodils and blue scilla are such a sight for sore eyes. Spring has definitely graced us here with green tips and buds and lots of blue scilla too.

Thank you for telling me the name of those blue flowers. They were unfamiliar to me except they show up every Spring in my yard. Glad things are warming up where you are too.
